Welcome to the World of Fertility

Honestly, I hope you don’t have to stay too long. It can be a wild ride, and it’s so much better when you have a guide. I’ve been in this world a long time and I love helping people navigate through it and come out the other side as unscathed and feeling like themselves as possible. One of the main reason I’m starting this service is I kept hearing from friends, patients, and strangers just how worried they are about their ability to get pregnant and whether there was anything they could do to be pro-active. They wanted to know how get through it quickly and sanely.

In the beginning of my acupuncture practice, everyone sought me out as a last resort. My average patient was over 40 and had already tried at least 1 round of IVF. Though I was able to help some, I realized the earlier I could intervene the more success with them I had. This led me to the concept of pre-fertility and knowing that if I can be there right from the beginning, I could be the perfect guide. That’s not to say everyone will be able to conceive on their own, but knowing early on whether they won’t likely have trouble, or whether they actually need more significant intervention early on makes a huge difference.

The pandemic also made me realize that what I can offer goes way beyond what I can do with my hands and some acupuncture needles. I started doing Telehealth check-ins with all my patients and it became this great combination of mental health check, second opinion to what their physicians were saying, and a guide to all the ways they could move their fertility forward on their own. There were definitely those that still needed intervention options like assisted reproductive technologies to be available again, but there were also some amazing results I was able to help facilitate even in those few short months.

That’s why I’m here, and why I want to help.
